Water, Installation & Care

For direct-water operation, use appropriate espresso-equipment filtration, pressure management, an accessible shutoff valve, and leak protection. Confirm the supplied machine fitting before purchasing adapters, and plan the drip-tray drain arrangement before permanent installation.

Use espresso-compatible water that limits scale without being completely demineralized. Backflush routinely, clean with espresso-machine detergent according to the manual, and purge and wipe the steam wand immediately after steaming milk.
